Christmas Novelty Song: The Elf that Jacked Christmas

As much as I’m in to meditation, yoga, The Law of Attraction and bettering my life, I’m also into LAUGHING and being silly! It is as much a part of my personality as anything else…and this song is hysterical! It’s about a gangsta elf named WILL E who is sick and tired of slaving away making toy trains and decides to cap Santa in the butt and hijack Christmas! WILL E’s slick rapping style reminds me of Snoop Dogg, Santa’s rap reminds me of Notorius B.I. G. and the chorus sounds much like Rihanna. The Skandles have a clean version and an uncensored version (which I’m sure pre-adolescent boys and young guys would love to get their hands on) of The Elf that Jacked Christmas for sale at 7 Digitals Indiestore.

Check it out and laugh! I bet Yogi Ramesh would love it too!

The Scoop

So, I had a very hard year last year. In September, I experienced intense back pain that was debilitating. We thought it was a slipped disc and through a grueling discovery process, discovered I have 2 large fibroid tumors: one is 12 cm, the other is 11 cm. I was scheduled for a hysterectomy. Then I read that a study revealed that Vitamin D3 shrunk fibroids in rats, and that there is hope that D3 may help women prevent surgery in the future. When I read this, I became inspired. I owe it to myself to try to shrink these timors and get my body back into hormonal and optimum balance. Give myself a fair chance at keeping my uterus. After all, God gave it to me. I want to keep it. This is my journey of balance mind, body and spirit and my hormones.

What is The Triple Goddess Experiment?

On Aug 14, 2009, the past forty years of my life slammed into me like a raging pit bull: snarling, biting and frothing at the mouth. It tore at my jugular and left me gasping on the floor in despair. I had spent a lifetime making other people happy and now, like a David Copperfield magic act, half of my life had disappeared. Dreams unfulfilled. Financial distress. Persistent and painful injuries. They were all I had left. Yet, as I pulled myself up from that floor of self-pity, determination, beauty and self-love spilled from those gaping wounds. You see the beast had torn off the layers and experiences of my life that made me compromise my own well-being. A shining and glorious woman stepped forth and is ready to create and live an incredible, happy life. But how do I do it? The Triple Goddess Experiment. For my body, I will do yoga for an hour a day for the next year. I wish to reclaim my health and live entirely pain-free. For my spirit, I will meditate everyday so that at the end of a year, I will be meditating for at least one whole hour, everyday. For my mind, I will use the Law of Attraction and all of its tools as taught to me by my coach, Cheryl Squiers and my mother of Become a Lotus, in order to create a beautiful life for myself and to finally, finally live out all of my dreams. So, wish me luck, follow my progress, and join in the discussion of my life. Namaste.
